Application Developer SEE
You will participate in the creation and development of innovative applications as part of an international project bringing togetherFrance, Spain, Norway and the Czech Republic.
This position requirescreativity, rigourandteamwork. You will contribute to the design, coding and improvement of the digital solutions of the SEE mini-enterprise.

Responsibilities
- Participate in the entire application development cycle, from design to production.
Actively contribute to the design and architecture of digital solutions, by proposing creative and innovative ideas.
Develop, test and improve the functionalitiesof applications by following rigorous coding practices.
Collaborate effectively with an international team(France, Spain, Norway, Czech Republic) to ensure project consistency and quality.
Identify and analyse user needsto propose suitable and functional solutions.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions and problem-solvingto optimise application performance.
Communicate in English, both orally and in writing, to engage with international partners.
Necessary skills
- Mastery of the fundamentals of software development(HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or any other relevant language depending on the project).
Ability to design and structure an application, from prototype to final version.
Creative mindsetto propose innovative and user-friendly solutions.
Rigour and attention to detailin coding and version management.
Teamwork skills, particularly in an international and multicultural environment.
Good level of English, enabling communication with partners from other countries.
Curiosity and motivation to learn, particularly to discover new tools, frameworks, or technologies.
Problem-solving skills, with a logical and methodical approach.
Ability to understand user needsand translate them into concrete features.
Adaptabilityin response to project and technology evolution.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of modern frameworks(e.g.: React, Vue, Angular, Flutter…).
Basics of mobile development(Android/iOS) or hybrid applications.
Foundations in UX/UI designto enhance user experience.
Familiarity with versioning toolssuch as Git/GitHub.
Experience with agile methodologies(Scrum, Kanban).
Skills in API integrationor in database manipulation.
Sensitivity to cybersecurityand good data protection practices.
Ability to document one's codeand to write technical guides.
Cultural opennessand interest in an international project.
Knowledge of another European language(Spanish, Norwegian, Czech).
